Sylvester Vineyard & Winery

After years of selling quality grapes to many premium wineries in the area, Sylvester Vineyards & Winery released its first wines in 1990 and instantly won many awards and received much notoriety. The instant success prompted the building of our modern winery and tasting room ready for Harvest in 1995. In addition to our custom crush capability, the winery can produce up to 50,000 cases of wine annually and produce quality artisan wines that feature the Paso Robles terroir.
