Dance Cardio Class with Michelle + Kristie - 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm

Come dance with two awesome, energetic gals for a 60 minute dance cardio class (in a Zumba style format) with pumping music of all genres! A guaranteed sweaty and fun time!!

Bringing Harmony to Life: Breema Class - 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Practice a variety of Breema bodywork treatments and Self-Breema exercises (Breema bodywork treatments you give to yourself!) to establish a dynamic relationship to the Nine Principles of Harmony. Breema is completely natural, and comfortably supports our flexibility and mobility. Tangible benefits include increased health and more harmonious relationships with those we interact with.
