Biodanza is a deep, yet joyful holistic personal, social and spiritual growth practice.
This unique somatic journey opens the heart, frees the body and expands consciousness.

Dance To Music From Around The World - 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

A low-impact, social form of dance. Circle, lines, trios, couples, mixers, sets from countries ranging from Bulgaria to  England, from Turkey to Romania, from Japan to Israel, from Canada to Greece. Beginners are always welcome, but this is a special night designed to get beginning dancers up and enjoying the music from all over the world.
