10:30 AM: Chronicles of A Wandering Saint

In a tiny rural village in Argentina, Rita Lopez, a pious yet insatiably competitive woman, decides that staging a miracle could be her ticket to sainthood. But the plan she concocts soon goes awry when a jarring turn of events forces her to reevaluate everything she once took for granted. Mónica Villa shines in the principal role as she embarks on a spiritual vision quest that ultimately illuminates her destiny. Embracing the Latin American traditions of Catholicism and Magical Realism, Chronicles of a Wandering Saint is a clever, surprising, and idiosyncratic fable that you won’t soon forget.
