Wild Coyote Winery is a family owned & operation since 1995, a part of the first 20 wineries in the region. Located on the West side of Paso in the newly designated AVA of Adelaida District. We are known as the House-Of-Reds (big, bold, unfiltered) old-school wine-making. Limited estate grown, dry farmed & one of the very few 100% pure varietal producer of; Zinfandel, Merlot, Syrah, Malbec, Mourvedre, Tannat, Tempranillo, and Zinfandel Port. We are also a true wine country retreat, home to a unique Santa Fe style Bed & Breakfast (B&B) lodging right in the heart of the Paso Robles, West-side wine region of Central Coast, California.
