Still Waters Vineyards is located in beautiful Paso Robles with surrounding views of our vineyards and olive grove. We grow 14 different varieties and bottle 3000 cases annually of our wonderful wine. We also make a great Estate Olive Oil. Still Waters Vineyards is owned by Paul and Patty Hoover. We produces the following wine varietals: Bordeaux Blend, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Champagne, Chardonnay, Late Harvest, Malbec, Merlot, Petite Syrah, Pinot Gris, Red Blend, Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah/Shiraz, Viognier, White Blend and Zinfandel. The wine at Still Waters Vineyards is produced by Paul Hoover.
