Our Story
Our founder, Martin Sherman, started doing custom picture framing in 1979 in his garage in Santa Monica. He provided custom art and picture framing at local flea markets. Starting from the ground up with no formal training or prior guidance, he learned to perfect each step of the process.
With a passion for art and conservation and a family history of designers, he was able to master the art of custom picture framing. He has since passed his knowledge and passion for the craft to his daughters who continue to keep the family business operating on the principles he established over 30 years ago.
With a combined total of over 150 years experience, we have long since figured out the art of custom picture framing. With over 12,000 frame samples of everything from metal poster frames to intricate, handmade frames we are able to provide the highest quality products to fit every budget. Our experience and dedication to quality has made us the picture framing destination for numerous interior designers, artists, collectors and art galleries throughout Los Angeles.
