Great vibe. Got a complimentary bottle of wine because my fiancé and I missed the first complimentary wine tasting on check in day. Checked in late and Tod was nice enough to leave the bottle in our rooms refrigerator and room keys in a easy to find location. Rabbits and lizards everywhere creating a nice nature scenery with the vineyards. Breakfast is amazing and cost only $10 to be delivered to your room. Got a discount on hot air balloon rides for being a guest here and the ride included mimosas, petting zoo and a taste of chocolate. The staff at Churon were all very friendly and the guests even seemed to connect with you on a good vibe level. It was a very personal experience staying there and I highly recommend staying here. Nice vintage Victorian vibe at a price that is beyond cheap

A nice, quiet in located in the heart of wine country. A little dated, but they have a friendly staff and rooms are very spacious. Great price I would go again.

We got an online deal to celebrate our anniversary with a couple days away from the kids. Tasting room and grounds were nice. Most wine was ok but not worth the price. Professionalism, service, & facility upkeep of the inn were awful: old decor, dusty, limited concessions, & A/C was off in communal areas. Most importantly A/C unit wasn't working in our room (it was 95 deg F outside). They moved us to another room for the first night but then told us the next day we had to move to the original room for which A/C had NOT been fixed. We were out wine tasting elsewhere and they said we had to come move our things or they would because they had someone else arriving. Really? We suggest they give the new arrivals another room and the person at the front desk said "We can't make everyone happy." Hmm, isn't that the point of the hospitality business? We checked out early and fortunately another nearby facility recognized the importance of hospitality and more than made up for our bad experience. We won't go back even if ownership changes; there are too many other reasonably priced alternatives in the area.

The wine is excellent, however customer service was a real let down. The bartender we had was unenthusiastic and didn't even both to rinse the glasses in between the transition from white to red. When I asked for recommendations the woman gave little effort in helping out. It was such a disappointment to have such a good tasting product, only to be let down by a poor wine host who seemed uninterested in selling a bottle wine. Wine tasting is all about the experience and the knowledge a wine host brings helps elevate the experience. Go here for a bottle of wine, but visit another winery for a full wine tasting experience and a person who is happy to walk you through their products, instead of making you feel like an imposition.
