For the last 14 years, our escape from our daily busy life in Orange County has been weekends of wine tasting in beautiful wine regions throughout California. Each and every trip would embrace our desire to own a winery and produce wine. After an epic wine tasting trip to Santa Ynez Valley we decided to stop talking about it and to pursue our dream. The journey began, starting with countless hours of research, wine production courses, self study books, and meetings with professionals in the industry. This background set the foundation for producing premium wines for OC. In 2008, Frisby Cellars was formed and became a licensed and bonded winery with a Tasting Room in Orange County and its wine production facility in Paso Robles.
Our mission is to source the finest grapes from distinguished Paso Robles and Santa Barbara vineyards and produce premium craft wines to be offered at our tasting room and Orange County restaurants and wine shops. We produce, cellar and bottle our wines in Paso Robles and provide wine tastings of our award winning collection at our Lake Forest Urban Winery and Tasting Room. Our OC tasting room is open on weekends and by appointment only Monday through Friday. Frisby Cellars is committed to producing delightful craft wines of complexity and elegance that express the climate and terrior of each vineyard and growing region.
