About Us:

ACME. formally opened in October of 1994 in Santa Monica, California. The gallery was created by Robert Gunderman and Randy Sommer who had previously worked together at Food House. Food House was a well known alternative art space in Santa Monica that exhibited challenging new work by Los Angeles artists most of whom were not represented by a gallery.
