Saint Patricks Day Parade and Irish Festival

Join us our annual parade and festival celebrating “Unity with Peace in Ireland and Beyond.

The parade will start at  Laurel Street and  the festival will run from 9 am – 6 pm.See dignitaries and honorees, floats, high school marching bands, police and fire department units, Irish community groups, dancing groups, equestrian units, clowns, antique cars, and more. Then enjoy a fun day at the festival for the whole family.

​Irish Festival in Balboa Park 9 am to 6 pm
Throughout the day, roam about the festival to enjoy craft and vending booths for an assortment of items, food booths, and Irish dance and music from our two stages.
Entry to the festival is a low $10 per adult 21 and over. Active duty military with I.D. are free.

St. Patrick’s Day Schedule:

9:00 a.m - 6 p.m: Festival Area Open
9:45 a.m: Flag Presentation Ceremony, Balboa Park - Sixth Ave & Laurel
10:30 a.m: Parade Steps off at Fifth Avenue and Laurel St. and proceeds North up  Fifth Avenue to Upas Street, over to Sixth Avenue and South on Sixth to Juniper.
