Run In The New Year 5k,10K And Half Marathon

8:00am Half Marathon Start

8:45am Kid's Dash

9:00am 5k/10K Mass Start.

Entrance to Bolsa Chica State Park.

The event is in the farthest western lot- Lot 25)  Closest to Warner & PCH, but to enter the park use the following address: 17851 Pacific Coast Hwy. BRING $15 CASH (or a park pass) to make the gate line proceed quickly.  Credit cards slow the process.
FREE OR METERED PARKING: There is also parking behind the Jack and the Box (corner of Warner and PCH ) and an easy walk in.  DO NOT PARK in the shopping lot or at the gas station.  AND, the STATE PARK has a program that you can come and do beach clean up for a FREE STATE PARKING PASS.

Race Start Times

8 a.m. Half Marathon Start. Must cross under starting arch by 8:05

9 a.m. 5K/10k Start  Must start under starting arch by 9:05 am

SPECIAL PANCAKE BREAKFAST!!!!  The famous KIWANIS pineapple/coconut pancakes at this EVENT!!!  $4 pre. $5 on race morning.  You can add pancakes to your registration on the last page.  PANCAKES will be served from the back end of the CAREN WARE EVENTS TRAILER.

Plus, Il CACCIA COFFEE Truck will be there.

8:00 am start for HALF MARATHON.  You have until 8:05 to pass under the arch.  9:00am start for 5k/10K.  You have until 9:05 am to pass under the arch.  All 5k/10K must start before the lead half marathoner finishes.   YOUR START TIME does not start until you cross under the arch. Fastest runners in the front, and those looking to place in their age group division. Wear your bib on the front.  Make sure you run the distance on your bib or exchange it for the correct one of your choice at the Solutions/Late registration table if you decide to change races.
