The Fire and Music Project will offer a concert experience that brings education and awareness to our

communities’ relationship with fire, including indigenous and other land management practices, fire

ecology, and history of fire suppression and prescribed fire. The program will weave these fire

stories together with music, poetry, and videography to create an immersive experience that invites

audiences to examine their own relationship with fire.
