Aliso Viejo Community Association

The Aliso Viejo Community Association (AVCA) is a non-profit organization to which all members belong by purchasing a home within the community.

The Aliso Viejo Community Association is comprised of residential and business properties within the city of Aliso Viejo. The association owns and manages the parks and greenbelts in the community excluding Iglesia Park. The association provides architectural reviews and maintains landscaped slopes and parkways associated with major and secondary thoroughfares in Aliso Viejo. As a master association, the AVCA does not handle problems related to your home or building such as plumbing and roofing.
