The Soper-Reese Community Theatre is a project of the Lake County Arts Council. The Mission of the theatre is to provide a professional venue for the performing arts and community events in Lake County, California.
To achieve this Mission, the Goals of the theatre are:
-To enhance the cultural enjoyment of all members of the community
-To promote tourism and the economic vitality of Lakeport and all of Lake County by attracting diverse artistic and cultural events from around the state and nation
-To provide more opportunities for Lake County students to experience and appreciate the performing arts
-To preserve a local and beloved landmark
